Refund policy

We want you to feel good about your purchase. If something isn’t right, or you’re not happy with our scrubbers—we’ll do our best to make it right.

How returns work

We cover return shipping and there is no restocking fee. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Just email us at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll guide you from there.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive your return (usually within 5–7 business days). Please allow a little extra time for your bank or card company to process the refund.

A few exceptions

We can’t accept returns on gift cards or final-sale items.
